Modern Ceiling Lamps

New room! Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
I really want to make my room look awesome! They do not want pay more than $ 100 for one thing. I know I'm going to splash paint on the walls, but I do not want my walls crazy look and make my room "occupied" research. So I think I will use a basic white or very light and then use purple, blue, green, orange and yellow spray paint colors. I need a some nice furniture! I love the bubble chair hanging from the ceiling, but I'm not going to spend a large part of the box in it so if its under $ 100 that would be great! I also need cool accessories such as lamps, clocks, and so forth. I also get a desk and swivel chair and a small coffee table thing type. I'm probably the furniture at Walmart, but not the president of the bubble, because they are sold … If Please help! I have some ideas for modern cool. Oh, and I'm girl 14 … if that helps. Thanks a lot!
Ikea outlet if they have one in your area. They have a lot of things like the funky, and most of his material is relatively inexpensive.
